Anche Biaggi è sceso sotto il vecchio limite e ha fatto un vero e proprio balzo avanti nella graduatoria dei tempi. La prima fila sarà completata da Sylvain Guintoli (Ducati Effenbert - Liberty Racing) e da Leon Haslam (BMW Motorrad).

Dalla seconda fila partiranno Eugene Laverty (Yamaha World Superbike Team), Jakub Smrz (Ducati Effenbert - Liberty Racing), Troy Corser (BMW Motorrad) and Marco Melandri (Yamaha World Superbike Team Wolrd).

The Italian will start from third row with Michel Fabrizio (Suzuki Alstare), the fifth by Ayrton Badovini (BMW Motorrad Superbike team Italy) and the Sixth Roberto Rolfo (Pedercini Kawasaki).
