un “dispositivo USB” per l’accesso al sistema, con la possibilità di trasmettere e memorizzare dati, nonché di firmare in modo elettronico;
un “black box” (o scatola nera), ovvero un dispositivo elettronico da installare su ciascun veicolo che trasporta rifiuti, con la funzione di monitorarne ogni spostamento;
